Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied simply complete the returns form and return it to us along with your purchase, within 7 days of receipt. Provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund. Due to the organic nature of our materials they vary from stone to stone. Inclusions occur sometimes, which adds to their beauty. Each stone is unique and everything is handmade. Due to the individuality of the stones on occasion it is possible that she may slightly change a piece as stones are subject to availability.
